How do I modify my subscription?
Login to your account from the top navigation on the site and click on "Manage Subscription". From there, you can edit your payment information, shipping address, skip an order or cancel your subscription.
Will I get a reminder before my subscription order is about to ship?
Yes, we send an email reminder 7 days before your next shipment date. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts to ensure the email is delivered to your inbox.
You can then reply or call our US-based Customer Support team to make any adjustments up to three business days prior to the ship date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Feel free to cancel your subscription at any time online or through our US-based Customer Support team.
Login to your account from the top navigation on the site and click on "Manage Subscription". From there, find "Cancel Subscription".
What if I am unhappy with my subscription product?
We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items within 90 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charge.
You are also able to change the product(s) you are subscribed to by calling our US-based Customer Support team at 1-855-636-4040.
When can I expect my card to be charged for each subscription shipment?
Your card will be charged based on your subscription plan. For example, if you have: 90-day subscription, your card will be charged every 90 days from your initial purchase date.
Is there a minimum commitment for subscription orders?
While there is no minimum commitment, we recommend you take the product daily for 30 days to allow your body to experience the full benefits of the product. Of course, you can cancel anytime if you decide the product is not for you.
I'm not using my subscription product as much as expected. What can I do?
Remember that to experience the full benefits of the products, we recommend taking them daily. But, if you find yourself with too much product, we are happy to help you modify the quantity, pause, or skip your next shipment.
